Clark Quinn-Quinnovation: what I see is too much ID practiced by rote, without understanding the underlying principles. The result is elearning that has polish, but no purpose. How do we promulgate deeper ID? (Which doesn't mean it's not fun, but it's gotta work!)

Clark: I would agree, and this is a big issue I have with compliance training. I feel like we're often designing training on a deadline, which is resulting in students just clicking the next button. I believe a deeper understanding of the principles behind adult learning would help us to all create better, exciting learning that results in knowledge retention as well.
